Refund policy

At Homofy, we are committed to providing a flexible and customer-friendly return process. We value our patrons and strive to accommodate their needs as much as possible. We welcome replacements under the following conditions:

  1. Dispatch of the wrong product.
  2. Identification of a manufacturing defect in the received product.
  3. Receipt of a damaged product.

If you believe that the product you have received is in poor condition or if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged prior to opening, we kindly request that you decline acceptance of the package and return it to the delivery person.


We do not take returns without unboxing video. (We also request to make unboxing video on the product packet.)


Please note that returns are not applicable for bulk or corporate orders.


To facilitate a safe return, customers must have the original packaging available. To initiate replacements, please contact us at contact.homofy@gmail.com. We kindly request that you provide clear product pictures/video that clearly show the issue.

Please take note of the following:

  • For the safe return journey of the product, we require the original packaging, including any foam and cushioning, even if it is broken, damaged, or defective.
  • We do not process refunds under any circumstances. Instead, we offer replacements of the same or another product of equal or lower value in the aforementioned cases.

Cancellation

At Homofy, we prioritize 100% customer satisfaction. If you wish to cancel an order for any reason, please email us at contact.homofy@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order or before order fulfillment from our warehouse, whichever comes earlier. We will be more than happy to assist you.

Return Process

Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from the date of placing the order and only for the following reasons: damaged product and manufacturing defect. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered, as confirmed by our logistics team or courier partners. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact.homofy@gmail.com.

To help us ascertain the reason for return, please send us two images—one showing the damaged part and another showing the entire product. You can send the images to contact.homofy@gmail.com, and our Quality Assurance team will review them to determine the eligibility for return.

We will provide you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request email with pictures. Once your return request is accepted, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up of the product in question. Typically, it takes about 2-3 working days to organize the pick-up and 4-6 days for delivery to our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it, and the replacement process will be initiated.

Points to remember:

  • The product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc.
  • The product should be unused and in its original condition.
